The days are screaming by faster than you can say Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

At least it seems that way to me.  I can’t believe how busy I have been this week, hardly having any time to sit down and play with the loom since getting the warp tied on.  At this rate I will be a pro when I am 95.

For those looking for some fun this weekend, the Royal Winter Fair ends on Sunday, but you still have 2 good days of spectacular events and tons of things to see and do.  A little bit of country in the city does the body and soul good.  I used to go regularly, but then I would just get the overwhelming urge to try and smuggle a horse home so I quit.  Cold turkey even.  It was hard, had the night sweats and everything.  Now I just dream about having another horse, way cheaper that way than having the real thing.  For more information,  visit royalfair.org to see what shows are left on the schedule.  I encourage you to go, if you do, please bring me back a strawberry roan gelding.  I have always loved that colour in a  horse.

This weekend I will be doing mostly nothing, ok, maybe some knitting and maybe some extra sleeping as sleep hasn’t been around as much this week as it usually is due to a sore ear, but as little as possible is planned.  Although now that I think of it, I do need to seriously start on some knitted gift items for the upcoming holiday season (ack!), can’t start early enough on those types of gifts….so maybe I will be doing more knitting than I thought…
